1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website travelaguila.com or entering into a travel booking with Travel Aguila Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• A booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the mandatory advance payment (minimum 25% or as specified on package terms) and generation of a verified Booking Reference.
• The balance trip payment must be cleared at least 15 days prior to arrival or as agreed in writing by your assigned holiday concierge.
• Payments may be executed via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or NEFT/RTGS via our authorized Razorpay gateway.
• All pricing quoted includes statutory 5% Indian Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

3. Itinerary Modifications & Force Majeure

While every effort is made to operate itineraries as planned, Travel Aguila reserves the right to alter routes, flight timings, hotel allocations, or sightseeing sequences in the event of landslides, heavy snowfall, adverse weather, political disturbances, or flight cancellations beyond our operational control. Equivalent alternative accommodations and experiences will be provided.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government photo IDs (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) for domestic travel, and passports with minimum 6 months validity from date of travel alongside required visas for international journeys.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali/Chandigarh, Punjab.
