• Payment details: All credit/debit card and UPI transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store raw card numbers or CVVs on our servers.

Your data is utilized strictly for executing your travel reservations:

• Securing confirmed hotel vouchers, private vehicle allocations, and certified tour guide appointments.
• Communicating critical itinerary updates, flight status alerts, and concierge WhatsApp coordination.
• Internal financial accounting, GST invoicing compliance, and anti-fraud monitoring.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to external marketing companies. Data is shared solely with vetted operational partners:

• Partner hotels, airlines, and local destination management chauffeurs solely for fulfilling reservation requirements.
• Regulatory, police, and border control authorities when mandated by local laws or national security protocols.

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions, salted bcrypt password hashing for account credentials, and secure JSON Web Tokens with strict SameSite cookies.
