  • Prior to 45 days or more of Departure Date: 30% of the amount will be deducted from the total package amount
  • Between 34 and 25 days of departure, Date:40% of the amount will be deducted from the total package amount
  • Between 24 and 15 days of departure Date: 50% of the amount will be deducted from the total package amount
  • Between 14 and 7 days of departure Date: 75% of the amount will be deducted from the total package amount
  • Between 6 and 1 days of departure Date: 85% of the amount will be deducted from the total package amount

Cancellation by the Customer:

  • Before Departure: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the specific package or service agreement.
  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation and the policies of the service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled trip, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Travel Aguila:

  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other situations beyond our control, Travel Aguila reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative travel arrangements.
