Day 1: Arrive in Guwahati

Arrive Guwahati airport and transfer to hotel.

Evening visit to the Kamakhya Temple on Nilachal hill, is one of the most venerated shaktipeeths in India. The temple is dedicated to goddess Kamakhya an incarnation of Sati. It is on Nilachal hill, says the Shiva Purana that the yoni or creative organ of Sati fell when Vishnu in a bid to save the world from the Shivas tandava nrittya or dance of destruction and cut her dead body into 51 pieces with his suddarshan chakra. The garbhagriha deep inside the temple marks the sacred spot and is kept covered with red silken cloth. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Guwahati – Bomdila (322 Kilometers / 06 hrs / 8500feet)

After breakfast proceed to Bomdila,on arrival check in hotel. B
Bomdila is a beautiful small town situated at a height of about 8500 ft. above the sea level from where one can see the brilliant landscape and snow-clad mountains of the Himalayan Range. The Buddhist monastery of Bomdila is the repository of culture and is among primary attractions of the area. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Bomdila – Tawang (240 Kilometers / 04 -05 hrs / 12,500feet)

After breakfast fullday excursion to Cherrapunji with enroute visit of Shillong Peak and Early morning proceed to Tawang. En-route visit The Sela Pass(13703Feet) lies the Worlds second highest Pass and Jaswantgarh is a memorial to the brave soldier who single handedly tried to hold of approaching Chinese from the pass during Indo Chinese War. On arrival check in hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4: Tawang – Local Sightseeing

Breakfast at hotel, Morning visit the Peng Teng Tso Lake, famous War Memorial and Tawang Monastery (located at the height of 10000ft). It is an important seat of Mahayana Buddhism. It is a birth place of the 6th Dalai Lama, the Monastery is 400 year old and is adorned with the 18 feet high statue of Lord Buddha. Return to hotelForovernight stay.

Day 5: Tawang – Bomdila

After breakfast, proceed to Bomdila. En-route visit Nuranang Water Falls also known as Dzong waterfall. On the way enjoy Dirang Valley. On arrival Check in hotel. Rest of the day free for your activities personal. Overnight at Bomdila.

Day 6: Bomdila – Kaziranga National Park (216 kms / 04 hrs)

Early morning proceed to Kaziranga National Park is inhabited by the worlds largest population of one horned rhinoceroses, In 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment. En-route visit Nag Temple and Asias third largest Orchidarium at Tipi where you can see over 7500 orchids from a collection of about 300 species, some of them are very rare. On arrival check-in and stay overnight at Hotel.

Day 7: Kaziranga National Park

Morning enjoy Elephant safari to visit central range of the park. Return back to your hotel for breakfast. After breakfast Jeep safari in Central zone. Afternoon enjoys your last Jeep safari into the park in western zone. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 8: Kaziranga – Shillong (255 Kilometers / 05 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Shillong. On the way visit the largest manmade lake of Northeast India Umiam Lake. On arrival visit North East Indias biggest museum Don Bosco Museum. After sightseeing check- in at the hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9: Shillong – Cherrapunji – Shillong (55 Kilometers / 01 hrs)

After breakfast, fullday excursion to Cherrapunji with enroute visit of Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls. Later proceed to Cherrapunji & visit Mawsmai Cave, Khasi Monoliths, Koh Ramhah, and Seven sisters water fall (one of the longest in India). Back to Shillong for overnight stay.

Day 10: Shillong – Guwahati (128 Kilometers / 03 hrs)

After breakfast, Transfer to Guwahati. On arrival visit Kamakhya temple one of the 108 Shakti Peethas in the country. Thereafter visit the Umananda temple in the midst of the river Brahmaputra. Overnight at Guwahati.

Day 11: Guwahati – Onward destinations

After breakfast transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for boarding your train to you onward destination.
