ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival Bikaner (By Train)
On arrival you will be met with our executive and he will transfer you to the hotel. After some rest and relax you will be visited royal city of Bikaner. Visit the Junagarh Fort. The fort has the Prachina Museum show a rich collection of royal costumes, textiles and accessories. The Lallgarh palace with an architectural pleasure and a fine mixture of Rajput, Mughal and European architectural style constructed with Red sandstone. Overnight stay at Bikaner.
Day 2: Bikaner – Jaisalmer (330 Kilometres / 6 hrs)
After breakfast leave for famous "Golden City of India "- JAISALMER. The forts, havelis, sand dunes and camel rides of this golden city explain its exclusivity and charm. The endless miles of sand dunes make it a incredible location and one of India's most popular tourist destinations. Jaisalmer served as the main trade path connecting India to Egypt, Arabia, Persia, Africa and the west during the medieval time. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.
Day 3: Jaisalmer
After breakfast we begin the sightseeing tour of dramatic Jaisalmer by visiting the second oldest fort of Rajasthan the Jaisalmer Fort built in 1156 AD with golden Jurassic stone. Various Havelis such as Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmal Ji ki Haveli, Salim Singh ki Haveli. The Tazia Tower - a five tiered tower with skill fully carved balcony on each storey and Gadisar an artificial lake built in 1367 AD. In the afternoon visit Sam Sand Dunes where the wind constantly carves out patterns on the desert sand. Enjoy camel ride there and witness the sunset. Retrun to the hotel and Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.
Day 4: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (290 Kilometres / 6 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur, founded by Rao Jodha, a chief of the Rathore clan, in 1459. Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan. It is divided into two parts - the old city and the new city. On arrival check in at hotel. In the afternoon visit to impressive Mehrangarh Fort founded in 1459 AD by Rao Jodha, Jaswant Thada - The stylish marble cenotaph of Jaswant Singh II. Clock Tower and Umaid Bhawan Palace Overnight stay at Jodhpur.
Day 5: Departure Jodhpur
After breakfast your will be transferred to airport or railway station to proceed for your onward journey.
